As a wholesale account holder, you are responsible for:

- Providing current, complete and accurate purchase and account information
- Promptly updating your account information as needed
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a wholesale account with The Cart Sure.
Product Information Policy
While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing:
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- We may discontinue products at any time without notice
- All weights, dimensions and capacities are approximate
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information.
Payment Terms
For wholesale accounts:
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
For first-time customers or orders exceeding credit limits, we may require prepayment or a deposit before processing your order.
Limitations of Liability
The Cart Sure shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data or use
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
