  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Note: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Time Frame and Conditions

  • Processing Time: Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process once received at our facility.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
